1. How to be able to offer alliance even during war?

   I saw some mods that got rid of that "At war!" thing which deducted 250 points when offering alliances. I saw some mods be able to do that, and I wanna do it as well. How can I do it?

5. How do can you delete scenarios?

   I made new scenarios and experimented a bit, but i wanted to delete some of them for various reasons (glitches,bad ideas,etc.) but I am unable to delete them. Is the feature not implemented yet or am i missing something?

    So I have been playing AoH2 for quite some time now, once I found this Website I didn't create an account however I found interesting Mods here, So I searched a tutorial on YouTube but all of them were on Androids or Involved Sketchy Unzipper Apps, Which I Don't Trust And My Device Storage Doesn't have a lot of Space Left So, Is there any other ways? 26. I can't open the game (windows 10)

    When I click play on steam, it says running for 2 seconds and then it shuts down, does anyone know how to fix this bug? I have an acer laptop with a ryzen 7 5700u and I run EU4 for example without any problems. Please help!
