10. How to make Borders more Bold

    I'm currently working on a project to mix SiegRedux + Addon + Bloody Europe. The problem that make me sad is that Bloody Europe is unbalanced. U can't beat even some f@##ing random 1 state countrycountrycountry So I decided to don't mix it in my project. But the problems is in Talinin.jar edited code (Aom 2) My borders are so thick and The game has a shitty graphic. If someone helped me I will mention him and Thanks him when mod released with BOLD FONT. CHEERS
