8. How to make Borders more Bold

   I'm currently working on a project to mix SiegRedux + Addon + Bloody Europe. The problem that make me sad is that Bloody Europe is unbalanced. U can't beat even some f@##ing random 1 state countrycountrycountry So I decided to don't mix it in my project. But the problems is in Talinin.jar edited code (Aom 2) My borders are so thick and The game has a shitty graphic. 16. Is there anyway to use Bloody Europe modification on other mods?

    It could be nice if u can use Bloody Europe modification on default or other mods. U know bloody Europe is a good mod but I really wanna play it in Addon+ 1.4. if someone could convert it or anything like that.. I'll be thankful :)

25. It says I need 10.0 movement points to recruit.

    I decided to play on the keplar map and after I was done putting all my settings I started. Once I did I wanted to recruit, but it says I need 10.0 movement points to do so. I only had 8.0. I tried to find ways to increase my movement points by increasing tech level. But it was going to take forever to get to a full 1.00 tech level needed to acquire 10.0 movement points.... Why did I needed 10.0 movement points... Usually you need 1 or 2 movement points.

26. How do I change a name of a country to a foreign language if I can't type foreign characters

    I'm trying to rename countries to their local names, e.g. Libya to ليبيا, or Soviet Union to Советский Союз, but I can't seem to paste the names. I can't type foreign characters. Please help!!!
