10. question Can someone please explain how the "controls provinces" condition works when i create an event?

    This may sound like a dumb question but i really can't figure it out. I will do the select country as the USA for instance, select the whole of north america and set that as a condition. When i then play as the USA however, the pop up will happen the first turn after I start, when I do not own the selected provinces. Am I just doing it wrong or is it an issue for other people as well? Please tell me because I would like to make my scenario as good as it can be.

    I creating mode on android but and know how to make it able to work on android BUT I don't know how to port this to PC. I know that I have to change classes.dex in classes.jar file and give folders like "game" or "map" but don't know how to change .dex into .jar and if it will be working if I just give "assets" folder.     i have recently bought AoC2 on Steam, and i can't get it to load. when i click on "start" it then says "stop" for a few seconds, but doesn't launch and then goes back to saying "start". confession: i have tried several times over 2 months going to steamunlocked and trying to get the game for free(before i realised i can just get steam giftcards(ya, ik, im a cheap idiot)), but it never worked as it always said that i dont have java bundled runtime enviroment. my problem might be caused by the above, but i dont know why. i am on a Samsung Notebook running Windows 11(i got it before i even knew what it does) so idk what to do Notebook(incase you need to k…

    So I Downloaded AOC2 One week ago and then i ran "AoC2.exe" it said "This version of %1 is not compatible with the version of Windows that is currently running. Check your computer's system information to see if an x86 or x64 version of the program is required, and then contact the software vendor." I then ran AoC2 (java version). it ran but then disappered in seconds. anyone knows why is this happening? I have Windows 7 Ultimite 32 bit 2gb.
