How to add own flags for Governments of Civilization? So, im making an map of São Paulo State municipalities and i don't want my civilizaitions editor folder of the game with a LOOOOOOOOT of folders that are civs, so, if is there an tool or an way to convert those civilizations editor civilizations files into files of civilizations of the official game, i would be a LOT thankful, so if is there a way to do this, please, leave an reply.

This is a small addition to an mod called Civilizations+ (link is below) that adds +/- 100 civs that are related to the USSR (CCCP) in someway. Most of them are going to be subdivisions of the USSR ;(ASSR's, ASSO's, SSO's, SSK's and SSAO's) and it will modify some flags as well. PROGRESS: +/- 95% Some flags made (NOT ENTIRELY ACCURATE) CIVILIZATIONS+
