hello I can not create a nation in android without using the editor can someone tell me how can I create it without the editor in Android?

so i want to create a maginot line for the ww1 scenario im making but im not being able to place forts, do i need to use an event to create the forts or is there some other way? I have forgotten to mention im using the normal built in map editor tool and trying to place down some forts

So I was trying to log on the forum using PC and when I do, it sends me to the email verification page where it is supposed to send me an email to verify my login, but no email was sent. I'm typing this on a tablet btw. Anyway, I decided to cancel verification and log in again, but now I don't have permission to visit the site. I also checked my spam, no email also. I could also send my inbox picture here. Also, what is this forum category for? Edit: I made this separate account since I was trying to use my main account to log in.

I need to have 0% ai aggressiveness in my mod for it to work the way I want to, the problem is I have absolutely no idea how to do it and no idea how to change the code completely. I hope someone can help me and possibly even others out. If we want to make AOC2 better for the people we are going to have to work together. Thanks.

So when i open a scenario, the small "i" in the civilization names does not show (the name im talking about is the name that pops up when you zoom out) but for some reason the big "I" is being showed, if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know, thanks. Here are a bunch of examples;

Every time I play as a small nation, I focus on investing on my economy rather than invading other states, although every time the game gets really long it just breaks. All of my and other countries' relations go to 0 which makes the game pretty much unplayable.
