Surrendering and Timelapse

During the war. Will ships from the opposing nation still continue traveling to their enemy territory?
From the name itself. Say Prussia and Britain is at war. Will Prussian ships still continue traveling to their designated British ports and vice versa or will it no longer spawn.

Will it be possible to name scenarios in Russian or another Cyrillic language? In AoH2 it's possible to name scenarios only using English characters. I want to name they cyrillic characters.

3 questions about character portraits
Hello! All the characters' portraits, as far as I know of, are all AI generated generic portraits. So I have 3 questions about them: My 1st Q (however stupid this one may be) is: will there be unique portraits for some characters? Cause you don't want Adolf Hitler, Napoleon or Georgy Zhukov to all be having the portrait of some generic AoH3 medieval king. My 2nd Q is: will you be able to make portraits yourself? This is required to be able to make your own characters or to change the existing portraits. My 3rd Q is: will portraits change over time or based on events or based the role of the character? Will there be news, that will tell what events are happening in the world. for example if a leader of a foreign nation dies, a window will popup and say that he died, or when a war brokes out. ofcourse you coul disable it so it doesnt annoy you. it would be a nice addition to the game and i believe its not hard to add it.
