Hello forum. I am a regular AOH player. And I got acquainted with this series of games a long time ago. I started with the first part. I recently joined this forum in order to help Łukasz in his work. I hesitated to write to you for a long time, but I realized that it was necessary to act, as I watched the progress of the development and noticed for myself some points that I think should be fixed. Please forgive me for any inaccuracies, because I use a translator. Here are some of my comments and suggestions: 1. The scenario of the early Middle Ages (for example, the Battle of Soissons and the expulsion of the Romans from Gaul - 486 AD). 2. In my opinion…

Will there be any possibility of development our country in the 2024 scenario? Or maybe all highly developed countries will be so strong in the game that it will no longer be possible to develop them in 2024 There should be possibility to develop modern technologies unlocking new, stronger futuristic units (invisible armor, satelite weapon - it can be an improved version of planes or smth like that The maximum economy in a province should increase with each newly developed technology. In AoH2, both 1440 and 2018 had a very similar starting economy. I hope this will be fixed in AoH 3. In fact, the economy in the 21st century is 3,000 times bigger than it was …

In one of the videos on YT you can see that the problem of colonies is solved better than in AoH 2. However, it still seems to have some drawbacks (but maybe it works differently than I think): if Spain has colonies in America, it can still colonize provinces and they will become provinces of Spain, and not provinces of colonies. Therefore, even if at the beginning of the scenario Spain has colonies in America and not its own provinces (and that's good), as the game progresses, subsequent colonized provinces will become part of Spain (this is not how it should work). My solution (using the example of Spain): if a country wants to colonize, it must have the colonia…

Hello mein people today we'll talking about texture-pacts and special maps. I'll be dividing this topic into multiple parts, starting with, Texture pacts: Now what I mean by texture pacts. I mean map texture pacts, for example a medieval texture pact that adds dragons to the seas, or one that looks like Vicktoria. This could be a little treat like ✨️print-a-map✨️ (or make it paid). (Note: @Łukasz Jakowski the texture pacts would ad new ui and ect) Next, Specialized maps: Specialized maps, for example an Iberian map, or a north American one. Other games do this like country balls at war. This could also be a little treat. Thos would be implemented later like may…

It will be cool if there are 3 new features in alliances: strategic allies, strategic enemies and alliance leaders. If any country will attack strategic ally, all alliance will provide resources and equipment for this ally (or just attack enemy). Only if strategic ally not is aggressor. This is similar to the guarantee of independence in AoC2. If strategic enemy attack other country and he is aggressor, the entire alliance does what it does with a strategic ally, but for the country that was attacked. All features will be did with scenario editor (tab "alliances") how with members of alliance. Also alliance leader (new feature) can select countries that is …

Hello, I was thinking about adding a system to make modern wars a little bit more realistic, without adding a whole frontline mechanic. So here is what I propose: Units in the tech tree starting from the 1910's will move differently, by making them only able to move to one enemy's territory at once, while keeping the feature of occupying the surrounding provinces. That means that early units would behave as it should actually do in the game. To explain this better, I made a PowerPoint image. (the PowerPoint man returns) Legend : 🇩🇪 : German units Red provinces : first chosen provinces Green provinces : second chosen provinces Bl…

Have different categories for world leaders, the categories will represent different geographical locations The portraits will be what's affected If a nation in Japan gets a new leader, let's say leaders change, the category will keep the portraits consistent and so will it keep names consistent. Maybe for Japan it can share portraits with Korea. This is to simplify the process as a whole in development and modding. Just to make it easier for modding/leadership changes if leaders change over time Brazil will share Portuguese/Spanish monarchs Sub saharan africa will have sub saharan leader portraits

Idk if this or something similar to this is already added to the game but I think it would be a cool idea for lands we don't know about being completely fogged up as in we can't even see there being any sort of land like in Aoh 2 we see just fog, I think it would make it more fun when trying to colonize complete other sides of the world or explore them cuz it would be more realistic, you don't know 100% where ur going you are just estimating you are going the right direction to reaching for example China or Australia or the Americas, maybe there could even be some sort of trade to reaching ur desired place and getting directions in which way you should go by trading with …

I wanted to share some ideas for the newly added campaign mode that has been showcased in the latest video over at Lukasz'ss channel. So basically, in order to "win" the campaign mode players would neet to complete a specific objective, for example: 1. For the "Reconquista" scenario - conquer all Muslim states as a Catholic state or vice-versa 2. For the "1254" scenario - unite the Kingdom of Poland 3. For the "Ottomans" scenario - conquer Constantinople as a Muslim state More campaigns could also be added like: 1. "Franco-Prussian War" - as Prussia defeat France and control Alsace–Lorraine 2. "Russo-Japanese War" - as Russia defeat Ja…

Note: Everything written in English is translated in the translator, so if there are any errors, I'm sorry (( Примечание: Всё расписанное на английском языке переведено в переводчике, поэтому если возникнут какие-то ошибки, извините (( RU: Моя идея заключается в том, чтобы странам добавили националистический бонус, или что-то на подобии природных баффов, например Россия получает бонус к зиме, тут бы подошли хорошие бонусы по типу скрытности, аналогичная ситуация с Финляндией, но тут бафф будет увеличен. Германия получает бонус к скорости развертыванию дивизий, а Франция получает бонус к обороне. Если идея приобретёт смысл, тогда стоит добавить погодн…

Hello, I have a good suggestion that will change the game a lot for the better, and they are all easy to implement First: Make each battalion have the maximum possible number of soldiers. For example, making each battalion the maximum number of soldiers is 20,000 or 10,000. Or you can increase the number of people in the battalions by upgrading, for example, 10,000 fighters per battalion for level one, 20,000 fighters for level two, 30,000 fighters for level three. Second: Giving each battalion combat experience. The more wars it participates in, the more efficient and experienced it becomes. For example, the loss of an important and stronger battalion may chang…

Hallo mein people today we'll be talking about, realms. I will divide this topic (about of realms). Into multiple parts. Starting with, how it looks: This part will short, if this feature gets added. It will look two different ways. Outline (shown in the picture below) wich would be DEFAULT, and continuous would make it lookblike one country. With lighter reigons. This would toggaleable. Next, How it works:

I think the game needs more complex government with mechanics that allow you to set certain policies on things like conscription, education, social welfare, and more. I would prefer that you have to actually pay attention to the government aspect and have to manage your nation rather than just a game where you are focusing on conquest only. One idea I have in mind is the management of debt (with severe consequences for your economy if you fail to do so). You should also have to manage civil unrest during conflict (the longer the war goes on, the more unhappy they get; winning major battles improves the situation), among other things. This is all I have for now, but feel f…

Recently, an idea appeared for Age of History III... I suggest adding a puppet system to the game. There will be several "levels" of puppets. The first type is a satellite state, a state that is under pressure from another state, but is formally independent. Next, the colonies. These are dependent territories that no longer have even formal independence. And then there are the protectorates. These are States that do not have independence and are under the control of another State, but enjoy its protection.

Here is my idea of how you could change the ideology of a nation in AOH3:If you have noticed in AOH2, literally changing the type of government changes with all the possible stability in the world. I propose that the laws and reforms give you points of each ideology (as in HOI4) and that these ideology points are necessary to change the government, likewise Lukasz could make a type of chromatic circle of ideologies so that the same ones generate low instability, and the different ones generate a lot of instability example: from democracy to socialism

Hello, I hope that everyone has a good day. Many people suggested making governments a more detailed feature in the game. For now, governments could be changed by clicking to another government, and paying some coins and legacy points. It is too easy and "unrealistic" for a strategic game, even if it must stay simple. The idea, to not make this too complicated, is to make governments have an assembly of several "specific laws" that I would call "Constitution" that will include, Political Entity (previously called Government in one of my previous topic), Government Type and its Subordinate. Firstly, the government interface doesn't change too much, except t…

Age of History 3: Recommended Starting Nations Recommended Starting Nations Overview: In many grand strategy games, particularly those developed by studios like Paradox Interactive — creators of popular titles such as Hearts of Iron and Europa Universalis —t here exists a tradition of recommending specific starting nations to players. These recommendations are crafted to enhance the initial gameplay experience, offering a blend of accessibility and engaging content for the player. Recommended starting nations are characterized by the following attributes: Ease of Play: These countries are selected for their favorable attributes, including ab…

This suggestion obviously won't change the whole game, but adding more sea names where the sea is blank will bring a plus, for immersion and educational purposes. They can be written very little. With the better zoom that AoH3 has now, it would be possible to zoom in even closer. Here's the sea names that could be added : Europe map : Asia map : Caribbean sea : I am actually searching for more.

Basically in aoh2 there isnt really much strategy, all you need is have a bigger army, you could add encirclement, speed bonus, blitzkrieg, trench warfare, and more things so aoh3 would need really some good strategy to have a battle won, not just a big army

I have a idea, about vassals. If country have vassals and getting vassalised by other contry, all his vassals move to the vassalizer For exaple: Bohemia have a couple of vassals in Silesia. If Bohemia loses a war with Austria and getting vassalised by Austria, all vassals of bohemia will now become Austria's vassals.
