is there going to be any vassal Autonomy system for AOC3?

I have simple questions about the game mechanics, if the AOH 3 will keep some structures of it previus one. Will be formable civilizations? will be posible to liberate vasals that doenst are in the original scenario(like if i am plaing as the USA, will be possible to liberate the Confederacy or Arizona or the Aztecs or anyother civ that i want)? will be possible to chage civs names and colors?

I noticed on video how troops from other countries could simply walk through foreign territory, Why can they do this? It would be good if it was impossible without permission.

Hi lukasz I am writing this post to ask if it will be possible to implement a technology tree for each country. The purpose of this idea is to be able to put in different technological development for the countries of each continent including unique troops and units. This would make the game more realistic.

Can we change the name of a province by typing like Aoh2 but permanently unlike aoh2. It doesn't change after saving the game. Pls @lukasz jakowski

Will be able to change some of game rules by events? For example: Event for increase fatality of every disease in whole world. Event system to turn AI at the world to peaceful mode for some hundreds of years after some great war.

In AOH2, we were able to create a nation (that would be our vassal) and give them some specific territories, and we could create it clicking the button. My question is, will there be anything similar to that in AOH3?
