The question is: Will it be possible to put specific leaders for each nation in editor mode? I mean, an alternative history where Hitler fled to Argentina and made a Reich there or perhaps an American government in Mexico along another alternative history. YIt sounds absurd but well.

Example: Russia with its nukes, technology and its large army of 2023 in 1920. Of course, this type of scenario can only be done with the editor mode.
