Custom nations government

So I create a nation and I'm looking for how I can make different flag for different government and also different name and colour. 

If you don't understand

When you pick a country like Japan, your government is fascist, you have a flag and a name (Japan i think) but if you change your government for monarchist, you flag change and also your country name and colour (empire of Japan).

So I would like to do the same because if you change government of your customized nation, it won't change anything.

I don't know, but maybe when you create your own row, then you go to ui in the files where you have the game installed and there are some files with government https://testmyspeed.onl/ icons, but I don't know how to add there.
