An increase of the population and economy?

I was wondering if there would be a pop/eco limit increase, cause I was checking how high I would get my population/economy and it went into the negative after I passed around 2 billion for population and around  4 billion for economy. After it passed these, my income was affected, making it seem they didn't exist. 

I wished to see if I can get the population to around modern standards.

i got you fam, so what you gotta do is go into the file "game" then open up ages, now what you do is you go to modern day and increase the population growth rate to whatever you want, if you need any help just quote me back

how do i open 'ages'? it wont open on my pc and which program should i use for a json format file
