Looks nice but anyways, why is it that if i open up AOC2 with this, it crashes while without it, it would not crash?

What other mods do you have? As stated near the download link, you should backup your game in case the mod causes the game to break.

I'll look into reports of game-crashing bugs, and then move onto developing BETA 1.5.

The bugs that i encountered during my playthrough is that everytime i switch to TOR map(the original TOR file in it) the game crashes but when i delete the TOR file and remove it from A.O.C.json, it doesn't crash, why is this happening?

The game-crashing bug seems to be caused by the custom continent package I forgot to add. The hotfix contains the custom continent package.

BETA 1.4.1 with included hotfix: https://drive.google.com/open?id=18qvYRSx1eJJrnK9kQmXua4ln7B1DGaxJ

So hey about the bug, it's still there, like when i play AOC2  and i have the file on, i get a loading screen, and when it got to 99%, the game crashed.

I've unfortunately lost interest in developing this mod any further. Any new scenarios that have been made between Beta 1.4.1 and now will be put into a final version, hopefully to be released on the 1st of July.

I have however made huge progress on the Ravenfield map, it now has 760 provinces and I expect it to have around 1,100 in Ravenfield alone. If I can put together enough motivation to get through, this completed map, some scenarios and new civilizations to go with them will also be added, after the release of the final version.

For now, this is the final version of the T.O.R. mod, with hotfix included:

The Ravenfield map is still being developed, and now has over 1,100 provinces (~1,800 when complete). New civilizations and scenarios will be added to go with it.

The Ravenfield map is now complete, with 1890 provinces, of which roughly 1100 are in the Ravenfield region. Next, the province connections...

So AoC is now called Age of History, but it will remain Age of Civilizations to me. BTW, the ToR mod is still under development, but at a very slow rate, no ETA.

Reminder that T.O.R. is still being developed in 2021, and I've made some progress on that mark:20210108115443_1.thumb.jpg.ca2f02ab948f9e4b485f00e0014e2956.jpgI have created a pre-alpha version of the 1648 map based on the world map version. The final version will have somewhere around 300 civilizations to create some bordergore in that map.

And for the game civilization conversion, that's probably not happening, changing that many scenarios and editor civilizations is just too time-consuming. However, all civilizations will be game civilizations in all future maps (including the Ravenfield one), through gradual conversion as needed.

The first step towards creating a more realistic map of 1648 Ravenfield. Added 27 new civilizations (25 visible in this area), onwards to around 150-200 civilizations!

Ravenfielder Fracture (583) will have somewhere around 400 civilizations.

No progress to report yet, been too busy with IRL stuff and other projects. I'll probably remake the Ravenfield map to make the provinces less sharp and then work on the >6000 province overhaul of the known world.

I've decided to make a completely new map and scenarios for the mod, the current map of the known world is showing a lack of space to fit interesting lore in. The current civilizations (all of them) will return in the new map, but with a whole bunch of new civilizations and a lot more scenario variety to make the canon more interesting.

Also this mod needs a better name than T.O.R...
