Why isn't there a better editor mod

A mod with more features for the Editor would be awesome like making new Ideologies and maybe Skilltrees like in Hoi4. Also why isn't there a mod where you can get a child as a Monarch and name it

its sounds really cool but the creator dont throw so much information about the development and the discord server dont work but i hope that will be lunch one day
