 You can just search it. Whetever you should root or not is up to you, and i don't know if it's okay to talk about it here since the game developer may not like it. Just search "Android root".

 Maybe use an app editor that lets you edit the base.(android equilavent for "exe" files) and do the exact same thing you would do on an computer. Maybe you can do it.

Also I know this is strange but what about chromebooks can they install scenarios?

Cause I have seen that there is a lot of google drive files that the scenarios are downloaded from.
