Upgrade provinces

Is it possible to upgrade all the provinces of a country, not to upgrade them one by one?

Not possible 😞

But here's a real nice trick:

1. Open map modes

2. Select Population for Libraries, Income for Workshops, Economy for investment, etc

3. A list of provinces appears left. Double click a province on the list and the upgrade (depends on what map mode) appears. This way you can quickly build on lots of provinces. I think if you press enter you accept, so click-enter-click-enter and upgrade everything! 

Edit: oh I see you're in phone, it works too but without the click and enter.
