Project alpha works for me with 13k;  Perhaps, if you want to do for android, it is not necessary, but you could make the maritime provinces that are not very important, make them larger, for example those that are below South Africa, in which there is nothing below.

please use only 2 points for boundaries that are straight.Like Jordan, Syria, Iraq, Saudi Arabia etc.

I decided to make straight line boundaries (african borders, mid-east, us states, etc) with either combination of horizontal or vertical line and diagonals, or only diagonals, or only horizontal or vertical line.

general government (german puppet in poland is now accurate, german occupation of serbia is ok, bulgarian empire is ok in partition of macedonia and greece

ottoman borders the desert correctly now, shammar and ottoman no longer use saud-jordan-iraqi borders and, no, kuwait is not a 1 province nation
