0 relationship bug

Hi, I have a problem with my most advanced games. When I play many turns, my relationship with other civilizations changes to 0 and it does not move anymore.

I have the same problem. Furthermore, Improve relations does not work. 

Any fix so far? This kind of makes me abandon the game 😞

i think to fix this you can set turn count to zero in save file

If the bug already happened, there is no- to my knowledge, way to fix this. If it still hasn't happened, there's This post which explains how to prevent it.
