Since I am currently working in both rise of africa and Crusaders III modes, I will not be able to spare a lot of time for this mode.

Features:

This is a European mode

The map I use has a maximum of 4000 provinces. but I plan to increase this up to 5000 or 6000

the most interesting feature will be sealand Province XD

I will explain the general features later (how many scenarios there will be etc.)
