how to cheat in this mod? typing "hi" in the console doesn't work like in the vanilla and I have to use cheats to beat the game since one of the civilizations glitched and it's impossible to conquer it (when I try to attack any of it's provinces, my army adds up into their army no matter how big it is and how many times I try)

Play version be2 1.1.8, you can cheat in that
