One of the periods highly Ignored by AoH2 modders is the Napoleonic Era. There is currently no mod with This 12-15 year old period as the focus, and after the success of Age of Imperialism (which was focused on 1815-1870), it's time to change thisย and to start to look at the time right behind it.

      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units.ย

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types.ย Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

      ย 

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior ->ย Light Footmen ->ย Heavy Infantry ->ย Infantry ->ย Line Infantry ->ย Modern Infantry
