Is there any difference between this and 1.5.1 other than more provinces? If no, then that's a shame. More provinces doesn't equal better gameplay and experience. And too many provinces makes the gameplay boring because you take too much time to take a single small country...

I really appreciate the effort the developers put to the mod but I still have some concerns. Firstly the capitilation system is very OP in many stituations and unfair at sometimes I as Germany did the most fighting but my ally ,having the capital and some random pieces colonies in Africa, got the capitilation. It also leads to situation like Georgia capping France or Khedivate of Egypt breaking their vasal status and capping the UK.  Having the ability to change the ethnic composition of a province through events and being able to change the infastructure would be a game changer for scenario making. Also there are some provinces missing that would make sense like Burgenland, Litorale, Trentino, Alto Adige, Voralberg, Hungarian parts of Slovakia, Petsamo, Salla and the part of Northern Chad that used to be a part of Libya and those would make scenarios more accurate. Also there is 3 small provinces in Norwegian-Finnish border that is probably a mistake (Like the small province in Newfoundland in 1.5.1). These are my concerns for now and I really like the other additions. Thank you.
