How to add flags without the civilization creator?

I want to add flags to some custom civilizations I made, but I don't know how to add it. And i'm on android. Could someone please explain to me how to change flags in the files?

You cant. You just gotta be creative... I made the Coat of Arms of both Hungary (doesnt look hard but its torture) and of Ukraine and PLC. Maybe if you downloaded it legit and not from, well, @Pt0¡d3 (I think that shouldnt get taken out) like I did lol
