Also idk if map and scenarios can be added. Rest of things in assets are editable 100%.

I suppose I could. But the problem is I don't know how to edit files or even the first step of modding something.

Look up a video called 'how to add leader images' it should give you the bases of adding things in the game also check out PFK video: How download aoc2 mods
