fixes:

-If Austro-Hungarian Empire declare war on Serbia, Montenegro declare war on Austro-Hungarian Empire.

-When German Empire declare war on Belgium and Luxembourg, they will join in the Entente

 

notes:

-Russo-Japanese war will be included in the next update - Far Eastern Update
