The Europe Map is available for everyone follow the steps to access it :

After click on "Europe"

And finally click on the size (I recommend x5)

Your game will reload with Europe Map

Beatiful Scenario but there is a problem it is in my game but First French Empire and other little states have on their flag a ? and not a name but a number, is there a way to fix it?
