Will it be on mobile? 1700 provinces would be great. And if there are many scenarios, it would be better if there were 3 states in 1 country with 1 state in 3 states, the rounds are fast on my phone, but because there are many states

He means "Turkistan" Region in Kazakhstan, Not Turkmenistan.
