Is there any way to have leaders in a specific year or scenario?

I want to create another scenario with different leaders but the problem is than if I put some leader it appears another one, it is any way to put a leader for a specific year or age?

if when you create the leader you can put the time in his age of birth

Yeah you can set his age of birth when you create it,sadly you cant specify the date
