How to remove leader And add mine

So I Was trying to Make ww1 scenario but when I try to add my leader it cant cuz they already have leader, I try deleting that leader From folder but that didnt work. HEEELLPPPPP

just go to the leader editor, search up the old leader and pick a random bullshit country for him instead of that one you are trying to change the leader. Then just you know Create a new leader, add image and set his birthdate and pick him for the country. Or if for some reason it is not working for you, just rename the current leader and change his picture and stats.
