continenteurope (you change europe as everycontinent you want)
terrainhills (you can change hills as every terrain you want
rebel: gives %99 revolution risk to province
happines+:makes province happines %100
happines-: makes province happines %2
growth: makes province growth rate %1000
growth-: makes province growth rate %2
growth+: makes province growth rate max limit of game
nuke: changes province to wasteland
also limit of economy population and money is upgraded
