Hey Lukasz, I would love to suggest something. Please make it easier to edit the game and add photos or add flags and such. I would love this. Thank you. Also, perhaps add spies to see if a nation is planning war. And maybe make it easier to buy or share land. And different vehicle types such as trucks, planes, and ships would be nice. Perhaps it would only affect the speed of transportation of troops, I think it should have factories that you can set to produce certain assets per round. Like, have it produce 30 vehicles per round (just an example), and it may be needed. And perhaps railroads so that food and stuff can be distributed, because this would be cool to destroy them to affect the opponents. Thank you Lukasz!

We needed this feature to be customizable by the player, and we needed to be able to freely customize various bonus mechanics.

We wanted tech trees, trade mechanics, military mechanics, and so on, and we couldn't make building recommendations based on existing mechanics until we knew all of them.

I think the most important thing is to allow players to customize their buildings, and to be able to unlock building features according to the era, to improve the event system, to add more event effects (if you can, you should be allowed to edit events with txt like paradox, and events can take place in multiple countries at the same time), but also to have a resolution mechanic and allow you to add bonuses to countries.

 Maybe the option to found a new city?

 The option to create sea passages, just like the Panama Channel and the Suez Channel.

 Options to create taberns to add some bonuses like that:

1% local population happyness increase per turn

 An option to create some duchyes and thing like that to increase stability on province would be a good addition too.

 Maybe an option to create an market would be a good adition to make the player want to make some more alliances, cuz just a militar alliance would not be enought to make us want to invest time making some friends.

 You know, about that schools you said before, maybe you could use them to introduce an literacy rate of the country that would give some buffs or debuffs based on its level, like

0% would make deffending harder, people numbers would increase a lot slower.

100% would make deffending and attacking easyer, and construction time would be like double the velocity...

Just Want to Tell you Lukasz that dont copy from Paradox and these games even if you dont copy.
We all know how people could react when they see something that have Paradox MEchanics,
I have no problem with it but just saying to awoid random and uselles hate.

Also i have idea for a Culture system:

Every Province will have some Culture - Anglican, Arabic, Germanic, Slavic

You can expand the culture by building Special Monuments,
Every Culture will have some icons or the way they act, some will cause trouble, Some will be peacemakers or something like that. Hope you understand {Idk about this idea bc folk can take it as Racist, cannot imagine how will arab culture act. 11/9- okey i will stop}

You can Ban The culture that you dont like or you have trouble with.
Every Nation will need to choose what culture, but they need be on the land of the culture. 
Like American countries cannot just say we are germans, hope you understand

You can choose and change your Culture only till the Great 1800s Industrial Revolution. Then you cannot....
You can make laws or create own Culture by modifying it, like in CK3....

You can Upgrade the Culture by seting modern Laws


For sure they will can gave bonnuses, a Not much Upgraded Culture will have minuses if the country is in moderner Era

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?
