Construction of wonders and unique monuments by city

In certain cities or provinces they could implement the construction of unique buildings and wonders

Examples: In Washington D.C, being able to build the Capitol, the White House or the Lincoln Memorial, the Empire State and the Statue of Liberty
In Brazil, being able to build Brasilia and the statue of Christ the Redeemer
In Germany, being able to build the Brandenburg Gates or the Volkshalle, and the Rhine Monument
In Mexico, being able to build the pyramids of Chichén Itzá and those of Teotihuacan, build Tenochtitlan or build the Legislative Palace of Porfirio Diaz, and if it is looted, it becomes the Monument to the Mexican Revolution
In China, being able to build the walls, the forbidden city and the terracotta army
in Russia, being able to build the Kremlin, the winter palace in St. Petersburg, being able to build the Palace of the Soviets or the monument to the motherland in Volgograd
In Mongolia you can build the legendary capital of the Mongol Empire, and the equestrian statue of Genghis Khan

And I'm sure people have more ideas for unique monuments in specific cities/provinces.

Each building would give you a certain amount of prestige, the prices and administration costs would increase and they would give you benefits in the province and nearby provinces.

Will they be special for different countries or Will they be possible to build for every country (like building Pyramides as Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth)

Maybe you can add feature when Wonders can be destroy or show up

For example

If year is 1965

Twins Tower won't be there

But if year is after 1973

Twins Tower will just show up

But if let say

Canada's invasion u.s and taken over new York

Twins Tower will be destroy because invasion by Canada

Maybe you should add choice when civilization can building wonders
