Add Culture, religion and agressive expansion

I think by adding culture aoc3 would have a little bit more flavour , for example , if you attack people that are different culture than yours , your relation with countries who are same culture which you attack gets worse . Like in eu4

My main problem with aoc2 is that your actions as a player dont have any impact i think by adding culture, religion , agressive expansion game would be more fun and your actions would make impact on world

And add random generated leaders
