Ideas to make AOH lll the best Geopolitics game

Lukasz could implement a resource exploration and abundance system. For instance, you could find oil off the coast of your country, but there's only an abundance of 300 thousand barrels. He can create these systems for other natural resources like gold, silver, diamonds, natural gas, etc.

He could also introduce industrialization for agrarian countries. Initially, nations should provide significant incentives, but due to underdevelopment, this industrialization would be slow and inefficient. However, as it progresses, there's a speed and efficiency boost (incentives still necessary). There would be different types of industries, such as food, wood, and textiles (just examples; adding more varieties would be great).

Players could also choose an agrarian model, deciding whether to sell most of the production, the surplus, or use it to sustain only their country. Lukasz should introduce a variety of agricultural products that can be produced (rice, beans, soy, potatoes, sugar cane, tobacco, cotton, etc.).

This way, you could create economic and political ties with other countries. The money-making process should also be challenging, as currently, playing for an hour can earn you 50 thousand gold per turn with Brazil.

Summing up, I hope AOH 3 comes with a more complex economy and administration, creating a greater challenge for the player.

Edit: Wars could be expensive to fund. In this regard, he could add the national reserve, helping us fund wars and rebellions because maintaining them would be costly. Inflation is another thing that would be great to add. Like in real life, it would decrease people's purchasing power and devalue the country's currency, causing dissatisfaction and rebellion.

Creation of social classes. The monetary system could be modified, for example, the US dollar is highly devalued, and in an attempt to contain inflation, we could create a new currency to control the inflationary process. To keep this system from being too unbalanced, there would be a chance of success or failure, and the currency could only be exchanged after several years of circulation (every 4 years, for example).

Corruption could also be present. It would depend on the development and the form of government in your country. The president (you) can be corrupt.

A system for creating, approving, disapproving, and withdrawing laws. If your government is democratic, there would be legislators (elected by the people) from different parties and interests, voting for or against proposed laws. Corruption could come into play here, where social groups could bribe legislators, changing the voting outcome. In a non-constitutional dictatorship/monarchy, the player could approve, disapprove, withdraw, and create laws without the chamber's vote. Creating or destroying rules would cause approval or dissatisfaction among the population and social groups, increasing or decreasing the risk of revolt. It would also affect relations with other nations.

In summary, I hope AOH 3 comes with a more complex economy and administration, creating a greater challenge for the player.

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units. 

       

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.


      Representation of the battlefield in the game.


      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.


       

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

       

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

       

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?
