Dynasties in the game and the captivity

I would like to suggest that you make dynasties not useless in the game, for example, due to dynastic marriages and the spread of the dynasty to other states. 
A conference system could be added. Political games in them and in ordinary state entities, such as government debates (perhaps I was too clever, I apologize)

I would also like to have the mechanics of captivity of generals, kings, etc.

For example, after a hard battle, there is a certain chance (depending on the defeat / victory, the general's abilities) that he will be captured.
Generals from captivity can be redeemed after the war.
