We need peaceful expansion in aoh 3!

It's maybe a harsh comment. So I take a other approach.

 

Senior Łukasz Jakowski, in the favor of these put on hold features, I propose, without the lesser duty, to add a reasonableness demand rate based from some criteria which are rank between the two, diplomatic relation between the two, aggressive expansion, if these two are in a alliance, and more. 

Each complete criteria will add some point to make the reasonableness rate higher. If it's, let say, more than 75 points out of 100, the demand is accepted. 

This could concern all type of demand you want to add. Some demands will need "peaceful criteria" (ex: demand a alliance), some will need "aggressive criteria" (ex: ultimatum), and some need extreme points (ex: demand military access, non-aggression pact)

Finally, like loans, there could be a limit that could differ for example between governments.

 

It's a brief idea that I got just after doing my homework, but I think I have a good base for now
