Canals - How will they work & their function in AOH3

How will canals in general (for example Suez & Panama) work & what impact will they have on the game

• perhaps they can be built using missions

• perhaps the country controlling them can and will recive major economic bonuses as a result of having them

• perhaps they are able to be controlled aswell and that could have a economic impact like ability to control them (closed canal, restricted access that only some or certian countries have use them or open waters/canal opened)

• & maybe they can have a seprete province for where the canal is due to stuff like the British occupation for the Suez & American control of the Panama canal too historically so that can be represented in the game we would need atleast 1 new province in Egypt & 1 new province in panama as this is historically accurate
