Realistic AI

 

First of all, AI countries in the game should make balanced decisions, which can be very simple.

 

There should be competition within alliances, and if the balance is disrupted, they should be able to break away. For example, if a country in an alliance grows too much and unfairly takes a large amount of land in a war, the alliance should be able to dissolve and stand against them, or a country that takes little land or does not get what they want should be able to leave the alliance.

 

There are many examples of this in history. For example, the situation in Italy after World War I (one of the first countries to recognize and support the Turks in the War of Independence, also increasing competition in the Mediterranean with Britain and France, and eventually collaborating with Germany in World War II).

 

Another example is the new war against Bulgaria, which grew excessively in the First Balkan War (as a result, Bulgaria showed an attitude towards Greece and Serbia in order to regain its territories in World War I and World War II).

 

I also think that in states with monarchy and feudal structures, there should be barons and clans, and the clan that rules a state should be a member of this clan, which should be called a dynasty. Later on, these clans can support or not support the king with certain intrigues to prioritize their own interests, and they can also incite rebellion in the country in certain situations.

 

There should be intrigues in the game, but instead of working like ck3, planning rebellions, getting a country into or out of an alliance, etc., should be possible, that is, diplomacy and planning the course of war in advance should be important.

 

Moreover, if the AI is made like in the game World Box Simulator, the game will be much more balanced. Countries will maintain a balance on their own and wonderfully steer the course of the game. After 300 years in the game, countries will not just be limited to 1/4 of the map, and rebellions will occur at the right times, alliances will be formed and disbanded in logical areas, and wars will start and end at reasonable times.
