Ability to switch sides in war

If you decided to ally with a civilization against another one there could be an ability to switch sides if the war is not going well for you or ally and instead ally with the winning civilization (I know its pretty cowardly in real life)

I think no need, the game should be more changellable. You should make strategy before go to war or not.

I disagree I think it's nessecry for realism for example for Italy

So maybe, if you want switch side a huge rebel army should spawn. Like if your army is total 100k, rebels should be 70-80k. For example; you are fascist italy (tag maybe can FIT) and you want to be democratic while in a war, your tag turns into ITA, your ruler and goverment type changes. This the realism i think, you are going to change side but nothing happens? This is not realism.

I agree
