Hi guys, I'm creating a Naruto map, drawing provinces on paint.net. Can anyone help me turn this map into a relief one? While maintaining the size of this map.

Added a few provinces (I don't have time to focus on drawing provinces, maybe I'll have the opportunity later). 
Also, can you give recommendations on how to convert the map to a physical map?

I started drawing the maritime provinces (I may finish it within 2 days).
Provinces on land have not been added much yet.

I think if I ever finish the map, then the provinces may reach 10,000.
