Does translation mean that the game is about to be released?

If you want to add some new things after completed the game translations, you will translate new things and every languages need someone to translate. This is illogical. So I think Lukasz has added all of new things in the game. Then he will improve it in game. Does translation mean that the game is about to be released? Apr. May Jun. or Jul.? When it's ready 😛 I think it will ready in next several months even weeks.
