Laws and reforms-expansion

cool but can the Reforms/laws limit how much military you can Have?

In theory, this can be introduced as well. Demilitarized nations/militarized state are quite interesting options. In any case, everything is in the power of the developer

Laws and reforms-expansion

It would be nice to expand the categories of reforms that can be carried out in the state.

My suggestions:

1) Religious policy: Unorganized confession->Primacy of the Church->State religion->Separation of Church and State->Secularism->State Atheism

2) Colonialism: No colonies -> Development of the frontier -> Overseas colonization

3) Ownership of the means of production: Personal property->Private property rights->Development of Trusts->Supremacy of monopolies->State property->Public property

4) Military training: Militia->Feudal conscription->Organized mercenary->Regular army->Mass mobilization->Robot Army

5) Development of nature: Unproductive economy->productive economy->over-exploitation->environmental protection->Ecumenopolis Policy

6) Socio-Economic formation: Tribal system->Slave system->Feudal system->Capitalist system->Communist system->AI dictatorship

7) Economic basis: Barter economy->Free market->Dictatorship of finance capital->Planned economy

😎 Bureaucratic organization: Village Communities->Len system->local officials->state apparatus->centralized bureaucracy->computerized bureaucracy->bureaucratic AI

9) Stratification of society: Primitive egalitarianism->Caste society->Estates->Class society->Classless society

10) Healthcare: Witchcraft->Church treatment->individual medicine->private healthcare->public healthcare->Health as a right

Simplifications are possible for the sake of convenient integration into the game.

It is also worth noting that reforms and laws must be interconnected not only with technology, but also with ideologies, as well as with each other. Communism without a planned economy and with paid medicine, or theocracy with secularism is too much)

Distribution and suggestions are welcome.

Free market capitalism fully meets your requirements.

Or the anarchy of production. Syndicalism to faith. But this is just like an ideology with a demand for public ownership of the means of production.

laissez faire economy is a bit different, laissez faire economy means that there is no state intervention, in free market there can be some kind of intervention but it's decreased

This means no taxes, regulations, or tariffs

That is anarchy. And then choose according to taste and color. Anarchosyndicalism with cross-shop diplomacy, or libertarianism with blackjack and little girls) Just Joke

    • Campaign: Small Scenarios
      In this topic, share your ideas for Campaign scenarios.

      These scenarios focus on a small part of the map, with the rest designated as wasteland.

      For example, a scenario of the Reconquista in 1054, where gameplay takes place only on the Iberian Peninsula.

      What are your ideas for small historical scenarios?

    • Events - Common events for every civilization in the game
      Hi,
      in this topic, I am interested in your ideas for events that can happen for every Civilization in the game.
      I'm also interested in Missions for every Civilization.

      Here is some example, have more than 10k army, have more than 5000 gold, build 10 buildings, recruit an Advisor, increase tax efficiency 20 times, be largest  producer of some resource in the world, unlock 5 Civilization legacies etc.

    • Land units - Ideas AoH3
      AoH3 will have different types of land units.

      In this topic we will write ideas for new land units.

      So the AoH 3 will have new battle system.

      Representation of the battlefield in the game.

      Land units will be grouped into 3 types. Each unit will have a different recruitment cost, attack, defense, movement speed and upkeep.

      Groups determine the placement of units on the battlefield.

      Each unit can be unlocked by researching technology and then upgraded.

      Here is the current list of units with upgrades:

      First line:

      Warrior -> Light Footmen -> Heavy Infantry -> Infantry -> Line Infantry -> Modern Infantry

      Hoplites -> Spearmen -> Pikeman -> Elite Pikeman -> Musketeer -> Riflemen -> Mechanized Infantry -> Modern Mechanized Infantry

      First line side:

      Horseman -> Elite Horseman -> Cavalry -> Tank -> Modern Tank

      Second line:

      Archer -> Bowmen -> Crossbowman -> Elite Crossbowman

      Canon -> Field Cannon -> Artillery -> Modern Artillery

      Early Airplane -> Airplane -> Modern Airplane

      This is a very early version, so maybe something should be changed?

      Or maybe an idea for a new type of unit with upgrades? I'm waiting for your suggestions.
