But, will be different tech tree's? For example european tech tree, asiatic tech tree, african tech tree, middle east tech tree & american tech tree? The same tech tree for every country is quite unrealistic.

Will there be an opportunity to develop your own culture in the game?

It would be cool to have similar mechanics (as with technology) for improving the features of your religion and ideology (possibly “culture” if it is introduced).

This will add flavor to different regions of the world, certain countries and will provide wide scope for different roleplaying.

(By the way, the introduction of “Culture” would make it possible to make the appearance of cities, troops and leaders according to their location.)

You could also take a note of culture mechanic in the game called unciv. Being able to found your own religion, and creating missionaries to convert other nations to your own.
