UPDATE: Release Candidate 5 - Delayed Patch's eternality

Taking a hiatus after this update. Reason: Mapping.

Probably the last release candidate update before the official full-release version.
I don't find it that big either, but the map is finally finished so it's a plus.

MAJOR CHANGES

  • The Q-Bam city map has been finished! That includes the growth rates too.
  • New scenarios, among these being lots of 1800's scenarios and a new TWR scenario
  • Lot's of fixes in other scenarios.
  • Scale 7 for PC devices and Scale 5 for Android!
  • Some new formables
  • New "Great Trial" scenario with some events that might be broken, please report.
  • Around 50+ new civs.
  • Easter eggs

- swapped donetsk and luhansk, since they were flipped (major mistake, why no one reports these?)
- revamped 2021's associated states.
- fixed the nra's in tno, they never were in the japanese sphere
- tweaked the english flag in tno_c
- moskowien tweaked in tno
- added the northwest frontier in pakistan, kinda useful civ. also for tno
- also added the missing italian colonies in tno
- and also added the northwestern security command
- and also also tweaked some warlord's borders (applies to both russia and china)
- CEYLON, INDEPENDENT CEYLON IN TNO
- set the afghan puppets in tno, too
- gave burgundy a capital in tno
- aïr borders tweaked, tno
- 4806-4087 province connection fix (tierra del fuego)
- vyatka can form the russian empire now 
- peruvian, bolivian cities done

- gran colombia, paraguay and a part of argentina done in terms of cities
- reorganized the cities.json a lil' bit

[ friday 21 june ]

- patagonian, chilean and argentine islands' cities done, also equatorial guinea, sao tome and west sahara's
- set western sahara's ideology in the modern world to ba'athism, to match the ruling party (the polisarios)
- updated the 1990 map on that area, too
- set the peru-bolivian conf formable capital to tacna, as the city map in south america is done
- more bgs (ultra dark 5, victorian (1,2,3,4), super flat dark2)
- added 74 civs to the 1984 scenario
- onega can form the northern russian rep now
- new ussr formables for the wrrf and tyumen
- penguin empire easter egg (totally didn't steal from the mostly(goated)mossyman)
   - first leader added since they were removed. note: leaders will only exist for easter egg civs.
- changed the eastasian flag on 1984
- made possible for the divine mandate to appear in tno now

[ saturday 22 june ]

- set stuff for scale 7, got it rendered and working
- modified kazakhstan's borders in 1815, victoria
- new 1848 scenario!
  - around 10 new civs added for the scenario
- also fixed some capitals in 1815
- dominion of canada shortened to canada in the .bundle, 
  - cape of good hope -> cape colony, too
- more colonies added on 1815 and 1848!
- the penguin empire is now a formable.

[ sunday 23 june ]

- north africa, sudan and the horn of africa cities done
   - readjusted some capitals, in general.
- now, sverdlovsk can unify russia in tno (batov's russia, specifically)
- new 1836 scenario based on vanilla!
- 2032:2039 provinces tweak, now there isn't a fuckin' infuriating "dick"-looking panhandle anymore.
- more sea provinces
  - northern east coast, north madagascar, morocco and western sahara

- chad, niger, mali, mossi, mauritania, senegal, gambia, the two guineas, liberia and sierra-leone's cities done
- new 1836 scenario for q-bam!
  - with cabanagem included!
- fixed 3 connection bugs (thank you @patrickreich)

- ivory, golden coasts, togolandish, beninean, nigerian, ubangi-sharian, cameroonian, gabonian, ugandan and congolese's cities done 
- general work in the victorian scenarios
  - capitals moved
  - mossi regime fixed

  - meddled with the congo tribes' locations
- fixed dendi's location in the victorian scenarios
- boers in 1861 and 1848

- new 1880 scenario for qbam!
- fixed duped cities (wuhu, kasese)
- congo-zambia province fix (island, 3757-5099)
- connection fix in zambia (5102-5096)
- chad enclave fix (finally)

It's all great, but...

Man, just use BE2 or another code engine... Latest version of Uwut's Engine is totally broken and unplayable on Android, all the three mods that have it and used that crappy porter are 100% unplayable, the game becomes so laggy and it takes hours just for it to finish loading.

Not seeking to offend Uwut, but BE2 on ghe other hand, at least is functional AND original....

  • color it with another color
  • use gaussian blur in the bottom layer
  • resize to a viable size (around 20x20)
