Does the "Generate predefined borders" feature work in AoH3?

so, this little button right there didn't work in aoh2 as it didn't generate any border for the civilizations when enabled.

is this fixed in aoh3, or it wont be added to the game?

It does work, it only generates based on scenarios made of each capital of civilization placed so when you click it, it gives you suggest civilizations made I mean it should generate the entire country shape it would be easier instead of 1 province
