I'm wondering how new leaders after the current leaders should appear.

I mean for example after new elections in democratic country is the new leader random generated or it can be a predetermined person or what?

I don't think there will be new leaders after modern leaders.

Maybe there could be random leaders but that would be absurd for a democratic country, maybe there could be an automatic election event every 5 years for democratic countries.

maybe a system could be put in place where for example IRL politicians are added and have a chance of rivaling the current presidents but i doubt it cus its too much
