I am guessing movement speed can be edited in the text files?

Thank you, still, would it be possible to slow down while crossing the river ? Because army speeds have already reduced in the mountains in the game.

Maybe make it slow down by 25%

Does terrain affect army speed? Is it possible to add movement bonuses to troops for different terrains? For example, if I have a Vietnamese guerrilla army, normal troops reduce their speed by 25% in the jungle, while the Vietnamese guerrillas only reduce it by 10% to show that they are more adapted to jungle combat?
