The Russian-Ukrainian war is a very important event in world history, so I decided to add an expanded list of characters involved in the war. In the INFO.txt you can read more about these people, and I also add links to Wikipedia there.

I am creating this topic because Łukasz closed the previous topic for new answers. I sent the archive by email, so I hope my proposal will be added.
