Now i am doing:Play as luxembourg and you cant annex any province (ocuppation allowed) (vassal is also allowed as long as i dont annex them (AKA communist hoi4 world in nutshell)) (i cant declare offensive wars just defensive) on World war 2

Play as Andorra and you can only vassalize,for entertainment purposes you can occupy provinces :),in WW2 scenario

Play as Mexico. You will have 200 turns preparation time to declare war on US. No trade declare war bug. After 200 turns ended, you will declare war on US even if you haven't got any soldiers in border. Modern World scenario
