Hello my people, and if I'm lucky Lukasz (Wukash). Today I'll be talking about leader death dates, and succession. Starting with, death date: As you know aoh2 did not have death dates, which led to things like Harald Bluetooth being able to be in power of Denmark. Death dates would solve this by putting an exact date when they died. Making an exact period where they can rule. There could also be a menu where you could see a countries leader tree like: [king I] > [king II] > [president name] > [dictator name]

Second, dates of when they came to power and dates of when that power ends: This idea is pretty simple dates of when rulers came to power and when that power ended l, so we don't have Charles De-Gaul ruling France in 1914. And that's it give some critism pls :-Þ.

Also I'd like add on a bit to my idea, Succession: This ties in with my leaders as generals idea, if a leader dies of old age and they have a male child (can be changed via laws) who is oldest or an only child. Will become monarch. You may be asking "what age will the original  Monarchy die at?" Well the average age of the time peiroid plus other factors, example: average life=71 disease=true development=0.0 (all those factors make it more likely  the leader will die)

And if you're still playing, and the historical leaders have already ended. For example, playing for Japan, you did not lose your Emperor in power, but on the contrary only won the war.

What if playing for the Maya just expel the colonists from Spain.

This is nonsense. Let the leaders live on their own for as long as they want, depending on the epidemic and how long it has been in the capital. Or, for example, capture a leader during a battle. This gives 100% acceleration in the Middle Ages and in ancient times. Then you can execute or torture (for Greek culture, you can still blind), and then the health of the politician will go downhill.

In general, it is necessary, as in sk3, to have health and it slowly goes away, and a generated person with the name that you gave him sits in the place of the former leader.

This so we don't have leaders living centuries after they died, and it will be more organized

TLDR: death dates make it more organized so we don't have leaders ruling in strange times when they had died long before

I think in game already like this

Oops accidentally  quoted naval

The coming to power dates are to make it so people don't rule a nation just cause they're younger

So we don't have Charles De-Gaul ruling France in 1914

What will lukasz do in scenarios such as modern day because I doubt he would be able to predict the candidates of a futuristic election and also when and how they will die because for example an assassination attempt of a president from the future is not something guessable

Well he'll put "N/A" that's my solution just make one be able to have no date for a leader
