Hey, Lukas, will you add the effect of malaria in the provinces of Africa to make colonization more plausible?

This effect will slow down the progress of colonization, you can also add quinine technology (a cure for malaria), after which the effect will lose its power. Or do it through a chain of systemic events, following which you can get a vaccine against malaria

This would be good for preventing uncontrolled colonization by "noname" civilizations. However, as we have seen, colonization in AoH3 is very similiar to AoH2 and occurs almost instantly. Therefore, the restriction must work in a special way (for example, the colonization button will simply be unavailable to provinces with malaria until the appropriate technology is discovered, and armies will incur additional losses when passing through these provinces)
